Create NFT event
This tutorial will show you how to create and manage an event for your NFT collection.
Getting started
Create a new event
Fill out the basic information on the event
Add payout details if you will be charging a price for any tickets
Creating tickets
Create a new ticket
Your NFTs already exist, so select existing NFT collection
Add information on the ticket and select the collections that get access
Optionally add metadata trait requirements
Collect in depth information from attendees
If you wish to charge for the ticket, add payment options
Give your ticket a custom feel by editing the appearance
Repeat this process for every ticket tier you need
Setup scanning
Event scanners are the people who will scan tickets at your event. It is simple to onboard them to the NFT Access scanning process.
Select "Scanners" in the event menu bar
Create a new scanner
Send the activation link to your scanners phone number
Scanners will need to have the NFT Access mobile app installed. No account required
Your scanner can click the activation link to start scanning in the app
Scanners can download a backup of the ticket data from within the app
Scanners simply open the camera in the NFT Access app and point it at the tickets QR code. All of the ticket information will be shown on a successful scan
Event management
You can view and modify information about your event from the event dashboard
Edit the date or time of your event, attendees will be notified
Push a custom notification to attendees
Edit event graphics or social links
Select "Tickets" in the menu bar to view information for existing tickets
You can export ticket information into a PDF or spreadsheet at any time
Create a backup of the tickets to ensure you can still scan with poor connection

NFT Access makes it easy to analyze your events data.
Use the "Analytics" page to view detailed ticket and event statistics
Use the "Reports" page to view ticket information
