Event scanning

Event scanners are the people who will scan tickets at your event. You can add as many scanners as you need.

  • Click "Create new scanner" and set the number of scanner keys you want to add

  • Send a scanner their key by clicking "Share" and entering the scanners phone number

  • The scanner will receive a text with an activation link

  • Scanners will need to use our mobile app in order to activate and use their key

  • Once the key is activated the scanner can start scanning tickets. The table will update to reflect how many entrees and denials each scanner has

  • Click "Revoke" to disable a scanners key
